Prior to joining Peak 10 Energy, Marshall was the Managing Director at Legacy Star Capital Partners, Peak 10's private equity sponsor. Marshall led day-to-day operations for Legacy Star, overseeing investment sourcing, underwriting, transaction closing, and asset management. Prior to joining Legacy Star, Marshall held financial leadership roles with increasing responsibility at Assembly Capital Management, Walker and Dunlop Investment Partners, and ExxonMobil. His career spans strategy consulting, capital planning, asset management, and principal investing across technology, hospitality, commercial real estate, downstream energy, and upstream energy. Marshall holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Statistics from Rollins College and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
