Prior to joining Peak 10 Energy, Patrick was the Controller at Ubiquity, a digital communications infrastructure owner, operator, and developer, where he led financial activities including accounting, financial reporting, tax, and financial operations. Prior to that he spent 5+ years at Ernst & Young in audit and transaction services, servicing publicly traded and privately owned clients. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of North Carolina.
